Suraj Rj Sethi, Esq is the founder of Sethi Law LLC., a boutique law firm based in New York City and New Jersey.
Mr. Sethi received a B.A., with distinction, from American University Kogod School of Business. Post undergrad, he worked in the financial sector for a big bank and boutique hedge fund for 4 years before deciding to pursue law school. He graduated, cum laude, from Cardozo School of Law in New York City. Immediately after law school, Mr. Sethi gained valuable litigation and trial experience as an associate attorney for a prestigious law firm. After only a year, Mr. Sethi was given the responsibility to be lead counsel for a multitude of cases, conduct consultations for prospective clients and oversee the junior associates.
Mr. Sethi’s legal skillset, intellect, work ethic, personability, communication skills and fierce litigation strategies, compounded with his business background and acumen, has translated into his own successful law firm that has seen hundreds of clients receive justice. He has over 6 years of legal experience in the areas of Civil Litigation and has the ability to represent clients in a multitude of practice areas. Mr. Sethi fights hard for his Clients and is very understanding when it comes to the financial aspects of litigation and legal services. Mr. Sethi is admitted to practice in the State of New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Sethi has handled hundreds of litigations, arbitrations, and disputes. His experience includes both trial work and alternative dispute resolution, having resolved many complex matters through mediation and arbitration. Mr. Sethi appears frequently in court, as well as in arbitrations throughout the New York and New Jersey area.
Mr. Sethi is extremely passionate about his role as Counsel for Clients seeking justice and legal services and is determined to obtain the best possible results. When not practicing law, Mr. Sethi enjoys spending time with his dogs, family, friends; fitness and sports; continuing expanding his knowledge of the legal world through reading and research.
